Role Objective

To ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site during night operations, supporting infrastructure and fit-out activities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols during night shifts.
• Monitor and report safety performance of staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with NEBOSH and ISO 45001 standards.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Support emergency preparedness and rescue arrangements.
• Promote a safety-first culture through toolbox talks and awareness sessions.

Qualifications & Certifications

• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in UAE construction, infrastructure, or interior fit-out projects.

Logistics

• Due to limited public transport access, candidates must have a car and be able to commute independently to the site.
