Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and risks through risk assessments, risk matrices, and implement appropriate control measures/barriers.
• Ensure the application of the Hierarchy of Controls, assess the effectiveness of measures, and maintain performance standards for barriers.
• Conduct and oversee HSE procedures such as: HSE Induction for new personnel, Toolbox Talks (TBT), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW) system, Proper use of PPEs, Safety observation programs (e.g., Take-5, STOP)
• Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements including company policies, international standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Implement and maintain HSE Assurance processes (auditing principles, audit execution, and corrective action follow-ups).
• Promote a safety-first culture through regular training, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports for management and regulatory bodies.
