Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites and facilities within Trakhees jurisdiction to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and identify potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs, policies, and procedures aligned with Trakhees guidelines and international best practices.
  • Provide expert HSE advice and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, promoting a proactive safety culture throughout all operations.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring all investigations are closed with in stipulated time frame.
  • Deliver engaging HSE training sessions and awareness programs to employees and contractors, emphasizing practical application and real-world scenarios.
  • Manage and maintain HSE documentation, including permits, licenses, and records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for audits.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans and drills, ensuring preparedness and effective response to potential incidents within Trakhees areas.
  • Monitor and analyze HSE performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and reporting findings to management.
  • Liaise with Trakhees authorities, external agencies, and other stakeholders on HSE matters, representing the organization effectively.
  • Stay updated on relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring continuous improvement of HSE performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Has proven experience working with Trakhees regulations and guidelines in Dubai.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of relevant international HSE standards and best practices.
  • Proficient in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
  • Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse teams.
  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrates fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
