Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate daily hub operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient resource allocation.
- Manage and maintain hub schedules, coordinating activities and resolving any scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and achieve hub goals.
- Prepare regular reports on hub activities and performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Take Insurance approvals
- Manage the stock in the pharmacy
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy is a plus
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Experience with project management tools and CRM software is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
