Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate daily hub operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage and maintain hub schedules, coordinating activities and resolving any scheduling conflicts proactively.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and achieve hub goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on hub activities and performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Take Insurance approvals
  • Manage the stock in the pharmacy

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy is a plus
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
