Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Manage performance evaluation and employee development programs.

Handle payroll, employee relations, and ensure labor law compliance.

Build strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.


Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of [e.g., 5 years] of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of Lebanese labour laws and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
