Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and online platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts in all recruitment activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in an office-based, collaborative setting.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
