Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Achieve a monthly target of at least 20 successful hires (candidates who complete 14 working days).
  • Develop and execute a clear sourcing strategy for drivers (Facebook groups, job portals, referrals, field sourcing, etc.).
  • Publish job ads on Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Forasna, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and shortlisting.
  • Prepare short evaluation reports for shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates until joining date.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring progress daily.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Continuously improve hiring quality and speed.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Must be based in Heliopolis, New Cairo, or nearby areas and available for on-site full-time work.
  • Strong experience in hiring drivers, field staff, or mass recruitment roles is a big advantage.
  • Ability to consistently meet a target of 20 successful hires per month.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Very good computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email, job portals).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of selecting the right candidates, not just fast hiring.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile
