Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
