Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead and deliver defined HR projects, ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs.
  • Support the implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team on international initiatives and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on people management issues.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and workforce planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent HR certification preferred.
  • 3- 5 years of HR experience, HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry or similar industrial environment is highly desirable.
