Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead and deliver defined HR projects, ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs.
- Support the implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the global HR team on international initiatives and best practices.
- Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on people management issues.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting organizational change and workforce planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent HR certification preferred.
- 3- 5 years of HR experience, HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry or similar industrial environment is highly desirable.
