Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions g n rales
- Manage the recruitment process (needs assessment, selection, integration)
- Managing staff careers
- To ensure the administrative management of human resources, including:
- Employment contracts
- Personnel files
- Pay
- Absences, cong s et discipline
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures
- Follow HR documents and tools according to internal procedures
- Ensuring effective HR communication with the various departments
Missions sp cifiques
Monitoring of skills and sales performance:
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the skills of sales staff
- Define and monitor sales objectives
- Establish and analyze performance indicators (business KPIs)
- to regularly evaluate the performance of sales staff
- Identify skills gaps and correct and improve the efficiency of the sales department
- Propose improvement actions (organization, support, coaching)
- Program and coordinate targeted training to improve sales skills
Monitoring of workers on construction sites:
- Monitor staff on construction sites and in the field
- Verify the actual availability of workers on the construction sites
- Follow the objectives assigned to workers in relation to field activities
- evaluate the performance of project managers, engineers and field teams
Management and development of the skills of technical engineers:
- To define with management the technical and commercial objectives of the engineers according to the projects
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of engineers based on:
- Technical results (quality, adherence to deadlines, project efficiency)
- Business objectives (contribution to profitability, sales support, customer satisfaction)
Diploma required:
- Master's degree in administrative sciences / Master's degree in management / Master's degree in human resource management.
Experience required:
- 3-5 years in a human resources / skills management / similar position.
