Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Actively participate in defining the company's human resources objectives.

  • Translate approved plans (recruitment, training, remuneration) into an activity program to be implemented.
  • Analyze the company's annual production plan and translate it into recruitment and training actions and submit it for approval by the General Management.
  • Supervise personnel administration in all its forms.
  • Oversee the management of the company's assets and the insurance associated with them.
  • Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and implemented texts.
  • Coordinate, in a sustained and continuous manner, the activities of the structures placed under his responsibility.
  • Sign, within the limits of his prerogatives, any document relating to human resources and the structures under his responsibility.
  • Participate in all discussions having a direct or indirect relationship with the company's field of activity.
  • Prepare periodic activity reports for use by the General Management.
  • Validate skill gaps,
  • Validate recruitment needs with General Management
  • Validate training needs and plan with General Management
  • Validate the choice of training organizations with the General Management
  • Validate recruitments
  • Validate the allocation of staff according to position profiles
  • Approve confirmation decisions at the end of the trial periods
  • Define and validate job requirements including necessary organizational knowledge
  • Establish and communicate job descriptions
  • Validate the inventory of staff and skills
  • Carry out skills assessments based on relevant criteria, including task performance, and decide on the effectiveness of recruitment
  • Ensure when validating the training plan that the training is relevant (in line with the skills results)
  • Coordinate with the legal department to ensure regulatory monitoring and update procedures in accordance with regulatory provisions
  • Measure the performance of the HR process

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Management.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Master management software packages.
  • Have solid knowledge of work psychology.
  • Perfect knowledge of labor regulations.
  • Capacity for analysis and synthesis.
  • Sense of communication and responsibility.
  • Managerial and decision-making capacity.
  • Availability and flexible hours.
