Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
- Maintain accurate employee records per company and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll, leave, and attendance systems.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employment contracts, and documentation.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and reporting requirements.
- Liaise with government bodies and external agencies.
Administrative Support
- Assist with general office admin filing, procurement, and documentation.
- Support management with scheduling, communication, and event coordination.
- Handle ad-hoc HR and admin projects as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field. Minimum 5 years HR experience (construction or fit-out preferred). Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficient in MS Office.
