Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate employee records per company and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll, leave, and attendance systems.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employment contracts, and documentation.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with government bodies and external agencies.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general office admin filing, procurement, and documentation.
  • Support management with scheduling, communication, and event coordination.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR and admin projects as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field. Minimum 5 years HR experience (construction or fit-out preferred). Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficient in MS Office.
