Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources professional to join our team and support our organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is essential in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our commitment to excellence in serving various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Monitor employee performance and implement performance management processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyse results to inform strategies for improving workplace culture.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, labour laws, and best practices to enhance HR processes and programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and performance management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive improvements.
