Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Personnel administration and labor legislation:

  • Manage administrative personnel files (contracts, amendments, certificates, CNAS and CASNOS files).
  • Ensure that company practices comply with the Algerian Labor Code.
  • Ensure relations with external organizations: CNAS, CASNOS, CNR, Labor Inspectorate, Taxes, etc.
  • Supervise the preparation of payroll, social and tax declarations (DAS, IRG).
  • Update legal labor registers (personnel register, leave, absences, etc.).

Recruitment and integration: 

  • Identify recruitment needs with department heads.
  • Write and publish advertisements (Emploitic, Ouedkniss, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Select, interview and evaluate candidates.
  • Organize the integration and monitoring of new recruits.

Staff training and development:

  • Identify annual training needs.
  • Develop the training plan and manage relationships with approved training organizations.
  • Evaluate the impact of training on staff performance.

Social and disciplinary management:

  • Manage individual and collective conflicts in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in the development of internal regulations and their application.
  • Ensure good internal communication and social climate.

HR strategy and performance:

  • Implement monitoring tools: workforce, absenteeism, turnover, etc.
  • Participate in defining the remuneration and staff evaluation policy.
  • Advise management on strategic HR decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, preferably in a structured Algerian company (industry, services or commerce).

Required knowledge:

  • Mastery of the Algerian Labor Code and CNAS/CASNOS procedures.
  • Good knowledge of payroll and staff taxation.
  • Use of office tools and HR software.

Personal qualities:

  • Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
  • Leadership, diplomacy and rigor.
  • Analytical mind and good interpersonal communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Management or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, preferably in a structured Algerian company (industry, services or commerce).
