Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations in DRC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with DRC labor law and company policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and staff performance processes.
- Handle work permits, visas, and relations with local authorities.
- Develop HR strategies to support business growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Fluent in French written and spoken. English is an advantage.
- Leadership, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage HR for local and expat staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and have solid knowledge of local labor laws.
