Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, demands, and other issues.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, and documentation.
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update HR systems, organization charts, and employee directories.
- Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant with labor laws.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Conduct probation and annual evaluations, prepare reports for management review, and provide recommendations.
- Develop and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with market trends and company policies.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure clarity of employee responsibilities.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and HR best practices.
- Provide HR metrics and analytical insights to management for decision-making.
- Design and implement employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Manage employee attendance and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Support the HR department in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company documentation.
- Conduct HR audits to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Master s degree (MBA) in Human Resources or Business Studies.
- 5 8 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in developing compensation strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
