Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
HR administrative management:
- Provide administrative support for staff (files, contracts, amendments).
- Drafting employment contracts and HR administrative documents.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Update HR databases and dashboards.
Training engineering and management:
- Identify training needs in collaboration with managers.
- develop annual training plans.
- Write the specifications relating to training activities.
- To ensure the administrative and budgetary monitoring of training courses.
- evaluate the effectiveness of the training actions carried out.
HR development:
- Participate in career management and internal mobility.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR procedures.
- Participate in skills development projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University education: Minimum Bac +3 (Bachelor's degree in management, economics, law or equivalent).
- Professional training:
- Management training (Mandatory).
- Training in training engineering (Mandatory).
- Training in HR management (Wish e).
- Career management training (Wish).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in:
- Administrative management and training (Mandatory).
- Drafting contracts and specifications related to training (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Desire).
- Languages: Arabic, French and English.
