Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' immigration needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each case.
  • Prepare and submit accurate immigration applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes to immigration laws and policies to provide clients with the most current information.
  • Advise clients on the best immigration options available to them based on their unique circumstances.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, social sciences, or international relations.
  • Certification in immigration consulting, ensuring a solid foundation in immigration law and practices.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration consulting or related fields, providing a deep understanding of processes.
  • Familiarity with specific immigration systems, such as Express Entry or family reunification programs, is preferred.
