Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales for all immigration services including work permits, student visas, PR, visiting visas, citizenship, and other immigration solutions.

  • Focus on key markets such as Schengen, Europe, UK, and other countries.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

2. Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives/consultants.

  • Assign sales targets, monitor performance, and motivate the team.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to improve team productivity and client handling.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

3. Client Handling & Support:

  • Act as the key point of contact for major clients and partners.

  • Address client queries and provide professional solutions.

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Reporting & Administration:

  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

  • Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration services.






  • Strong knowledge of work permits, student visas, PR, visiting visas, citizenship, and other immigration services.

  • Expertise in Schengen and European visa markets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
