Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems

  • Conduct detailed client consultations to understand immigration goals and recommend suitable visa programs

  • Assess client eligibility for immigration pathways such as Canada PR, Australia PR, UK, USA, Europe, and other global visa programs

  • Clearly explain application procedures, documentation requirements, timelines, and service charges

  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful sales closures

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process

  • Update lead status, communication history, and progress in CRM on a daily basis

  • Coordinate with processing and documentation teams for seamless case handling

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1+ year of UAE experience in immigration sales (mandatory) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Good knowledge of PR programs, visit visas, and global immigration services (Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe, etc.)

  • Target-driven mindset with ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Strong client handling and follow-up skills

  • Previous experience in immigration consultancy industry Multilingual candidates preferred (English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Arabic, etc.)

  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
