Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Case Processing: Manage end-to-end visa applications, from document verification to final submission.
Application Submission: Prepare and file petitions through online portals, embassies, and VFS centers.
Compliance: Ensure all files meet the latest immigration laws for Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe.
Client Liaison: Guide clients on documentation and provide regular updates on their application status.
Data Management: Track case timelines using CRM tools and maintain accurate digital/physical records.
Team Support: Coordinate with sales and legal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–2 years in immigration processing or visa documentation (required).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Expertise: Solid knowledge of PR pathways and skilled migration regulations.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Communication: Proficiency in English is must.
