About Our Client:

Our client is a leading logistics provider with a growing presence in international air freight. This role is part of their air import division, focused on expanding market share, strengthening commercial partnerships, and ensuring compliant, efficient air cargo operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow air import revenue and market share
  
• Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and airline partners
  
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements with customers and carriers
  
• Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations and customs policies
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely handling of shipments
  
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
  
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  
• Generate sales performance reports and insights for senior management
  
• Lead, mentor, and support the air import sales team
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
  
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in air import sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics
  
• Strong knowledge of air freight operations, IATA regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs procedures
  
• Established network of clients, airline contacts, and international freight partners
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
  
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
  

Willingness to travel as required
