Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients, emphasizing the use of fresh, high-quality produce and spices.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and upholding hygiene standards.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages skill development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution, ensuring foundational knowledge in cooking techniques.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Indian cuisine, showcasing a deep understanding of flavors and regional variations.
  • Proven experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment, demonstrating the ability to perform under stress.
