Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries

  • Promote company products/services to potential customers

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Provide accurate information about products/services

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory (speaking and understanding).

  • Strong communication and convincing skills with customers.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.

  • Basic computer and smartphone skills (WhatsApp, data entry, follow-ups).

  • Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
