Inside Sales Engineer in India Mt group

Key responsibilities: ▪ Respond to inbound inquiries related to valves, actuators and spare parts via phone, email, and other digital platforms. ▪ Proactively engage with customers to understand their technical needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. ▪ Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify new sales opportunities and generate leads. ▪ Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed product presentations for customers. ▪ Decipher customer inquiries and specifications and organize them in the prescribed Excel format for clear understanding by the Costing and Engineering teams. ▪ Provide pre-sales technical support, answering product-related questions and resolving technical issues. ▪ Work with the engineering team to ensure accurate and timely responses to client queries, specifications and requirements. ▪ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the product range, industry standards, and market trends. ▪ Manage customer relationships by providing prompt and efficient service, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. ▪ Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and maintain accurate records. ▪ Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets and contributing to overall company growth. ▪ Support other departments whenever required during post order execution.
