Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ascend is looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Executive to manage lead conversion, customer engagement, and promotion of our esports and edtech programs. This role focuses on sales, lead management, community engagement, and partnerships within the gaming and education ecosystem.


Lead Management & Sales:

  • Manage and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and social media

  • Convert inquiries into enrollments for Ascend’s esports and edtech programs

  • Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents

  • Track leads and sales activities through CRM systems


CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system

  • Update sales pipelines, customer interactions, and status reports

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports


Marketing & Social Engagement

  • Support promotion of Ascend programs on social media platforms

  • Engage with online communities and respond to course inquiries

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions


Partnerships & Sponsorship Outreach

  • Build connections with brands, gaming communities, and sponsors

  • Promote esports tournaments, events, and training programs

  • Support partnership initiatives within the gaming ecosystem


Customer Experience

  • Provide consultation to parents, students, and partners regarding Ascend programs

  • Assist in organizing demo sessions, events, and promotional activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–7 years of relevant experience in UAE/GCC

  • Strong background in sales, lead management, or customer engagement

  • Experience in edtech, gaming, esports, or entertainment sectors preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems


⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE Driving License (advantage)

  • Arabic speaking (advantage)

  • Experience working with brands, sponsors, or entertainment companies
