Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a results driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an articulate communicator with a technical aptitude, capable of managing the end-to-end sales cycle for our oilfield equipment solutions.


Key responsibilities

  • Qualify & forward new sales opportunities / RFQs received vide company email to Regional Sales Manager

  • Understand customer needs and respond effectively as per company policy and management instructions

  • Assist in preparing compelling proposals, quotes, and tender responses as per company's guidelines

  • Manage the internal sales process through accurate and timely data entry / management vide ERP system

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, QC and stores to ensure accurate order review, execution & timely delivery

  • Prepare and send Sales Order Acknowledgment to customers after order review

  • Liaise with other departments effectively to provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders

  • Support digital marketing and outbound campaigns; assist in organizing meetings and other customer engagements

  • Coordinate tendering and procurement processes as required by management and project requirements.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations affecting our products.

  • Ensure compliance with company's policies, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and safety procedures.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, trends & performance for review by management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; technical background in oil & gas, or instrumentation is highly desirable.

  • 2–5 years of inside sales, sales engineering, or business development experience, preferably in oilfield equipment, instrumentation, or industrial technologies.

  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and familiarity with sales analytics

  • Strong understanding of technical product specifications, pricing, terms, and tender/RFP processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

  • Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers at multiple levels (procurement, operations, engineering).
