Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a commercially driven Institutional Relationship Manager to join our growing Connect team. This is a client-facing role focused on developing and managing institutional relationships while delivering a best-in-class client experience.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, supporting onboarding, and ensuring seamless service delivery across our institutional offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell the full suite of CMC Markets Connect products and services
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term institutional client relationships
- Deliver a high-quality client experience through proactive engagement and support
- Manage and respond to inbound institutional and broker queries efficiently and professionally
- Support institutional onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Perform account management and back-office functions for institutional clients
- Monitor client activity, including trade toxicity, and ensure appropriate management
- Process client payments accurately, maintaining strict adherence to AML, data protection, and security procedures
- Escalate issues to relevant internal teams (IT, Operations, Payments) where necessary
- Assist with bespoke client profiling and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including TCF
- Build rapport with clients and support client engagement initiatives, including events and education
- Act as a brand ambassador for CMC Markets Connect in all interactions
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support continuous improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, legislative, and market developments
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of the institutional side of the online trading / financial markets industry
- Commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive growth and build relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic (essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Highly motivated, with a strong personal drive to succeed
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
