Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are launching a new project within our healthcare facility and are seeking a motivated and professional individual to serve as a Patient & Insurance Liaison Officer. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact between patients, insurance providers, and the healthcare team, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and excellent patient service. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with patients to provide guidance on insurance-related queries and required documentation. Communicate effectively with insurance providers to verify coverage, approvals, and claims processing. Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits, co-payments, and coverage limits. Coordinate between clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience. Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Maintain records and ensure compliance with healthcare facility policies and insurance regulations. Travel within the UAE as required for insurance-related tasks or patient support. Desired Candidate Profile

Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
