Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of insurance sales strategies, focusing on the UAE market and Emiratization targets.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and underwriting of insurance applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

  • Oversee the claims management process, ensuring efficient and fair settlements while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or master degree or a related field is required.

  • Possession of relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CII, ACII) is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the UAE insurance industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of local market dynamics.

  • Preference is given to Emirati/UAE National candidates, reflecting the company's commitment to Emiratization.
