Roles & Responsibilities
We re seeking a driven and technically adept POS Integration Specialist to own and execute our growth strategy.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end technical integration with our restaurant partners, ensuring a seamless connection between the Qlub platform and their Point-of-Sale systems.
As a POS Integration Specialist focusing on technical execution and client success, what you ll be driving:br>

Executing integrations and providing support to our clients and internal teams in resolving POS related issues

Handling complex scenarios, documenting solutions, and effectively providing dependable and timely resolution to all product related technical issues
Desired Candidate Profile
You ll play a pivotal role in shaping Qlub s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.
This role requires a minimum of 1 year of hands-on expertise with Oracle Micros Simphony, along with a proven ability to manage complex technical projects and provide exceptional client support.
