Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to generate leads and secure projects within the interior fit-out sector.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the company's capabilities and design solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring successful project handover.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and provide technical guidance to clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product specifications, pricing, and project costing to provide accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's brand and generate new leads.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in sales/business development in the interiors fit-out industry. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Strong network of contacts within real estate, construction, and interior design sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. UAE experience only. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
