Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to drive retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales to validate expertise and strategic selling capabilities.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) to leverage industry knowledge for better client engagement.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) being a significant advantage in diverse markets.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM software (like Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline sales processes and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
