Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft a diverse breakfast menu featuring international cuisines, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation that will impress your guests.
  • Manage the breakfast service efficiently, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Oversee the breakfast station, ensuring it's well-stocked, clean, and organized to create a smooth and enjoyable service experience.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in breakfast preparation techniques, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school, showcasing a strong foundation in culinary arts.
  • Possession of a Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to food safety standards.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Experience working within the hospitality industry, indicating familiarity with industry standards and practices.
