International Recruiter – Overseas / GCC Recruitment Chase and Hunt Consultancy

We are hiring an experienced International Recruiter with a strong agency recruitment background to manage end-to-end international hiring for clients across multiple regions, with a key focus on the Middle East / GCC market.

This role requires expertise in 360-degree recruitment, headhunting, and advanced sourcing techniques, along with the ability to deliver high-quality talent across industries and seniority levels.

Key Responsibilities

International Recruitment & Headhunting

• Manage 360-degree recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate placement
• Source and recruit candidates globally with a primary focus on GCC / Middle East hiring
• Execute headhunting and passive candidate sourcing for niche and senior roles

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and Boolean search
• Build strong talent pipelines and talent maps for current and future international requirements

Candidate & Client Coordination

• Conduct candidate interviews, screening, and assessments
• Coordinate virtual interviews with international clients
• Handle offer management, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities
• Maintain professional and long-term relationships with candidates

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and MIS reports
• Meet hiring timelines, quality benchmarks, and client SLAs
• Stay updated on international hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience in a Recruitment / Placement Agency is mandatory
• Proven experience in international recruitment, especially Middle East / GCC markets
• Strong expertise in 360-degree recruitment and headhunting
• Excellent sourcing skills using multiple tools and modern recruitment methods
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good computer skills including MS Office and recruitment platforms
