Roles & Responsibilities


What You ll Do

  • Engage and work with Market leader and Territories/sub-markets and ISG team to develop the ISG channel in MEA
  • Engage and work with Market leader and Territories/sub-markets to work to expand and realign the ISG distribution structure in MEA (to optimize the One Lenovo Distribution landscape with focus on ISG Distribution and non-resourced markets)
  • Measured on Channel sales revenue with specific deliverable around corporate resellers ISG distribution business - applicable sales plan - ISG
  • SPOC owner for all EMEA Channel cadences - ISG
  • Coordinate engagements, trainings, policy elements, channel program elements, sales process integration, for ISG Channel
  • Drive and Own Monthly/regular calls with Ops and territory SMB teams on ISG STI, inventory and sell in.
  • Drive the ISG business through corporate resellers / ISV / engagement
  • Monitor ISG inventory, sellout across MEA distributors

What You ll Bring

  • Strategic Sales Planning Implementation - Provides input to the development of strategic sales plans that reflect Lenovo's business strategy. Advancing revenue goals, market share, channel penetration and achieve profitable growth.
  • Budget Management Cost Optimization Maximize business performance within set spending and investment guidelines
  • University or bachelor s degree and/or Masters in Business Administration is optional
  • 10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with previous experience in leadership roles, channel management and PL management
  • Strong executive relationships within the Southern African channel reseller and distribution market
  • Experience across commercial channels including specialist routes to market including Collaboration, Cloud Service Provider and Infrastructure specialists
  • Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market.
  • Ability to travel within South Africa, SADC and Internationally as required
