Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversees the administration and maintenance of tracking software.
- Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues
- Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.
- Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company training programs and provides additional support if necessary.
- Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering.
- 10 years of technical experience in hardware / software.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic
- Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Active directory, Azur, Exchange
