Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for:
Microsoft 365 administration, users, licenses and access control
End-user support, devices, connectivity and day-to-day IT operations
Cybersecurity, backups, incident response and business continuity
IT documentation, asset control and systems governance
Coordination of external IT vendors and support providers
Supporting business applications used across operations and managed communities
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
5–8 years’ relevant IT experience
Strong Microsoft 365 and systems administration background
Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity and user support
Strong communication and documentation skills
Real estate / facilities / hospitality / multi-site experience preferred
