To lead and manage the organization s IT operations, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. The role focuses on cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and technical support to support business continuity and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, including:
• Implementing IT security policies and procedures.
• Monitoring, identifying, and responding to security threats and incidents.
• Ensuring data protection and compliance with applicable security standards.
• Manage network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Switches) and ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Lead and supervise the Technical Support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and related contracts.
• Prepare regular reports on IT performance, risks, and system availability.
• Ensure data backup processes and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and system upgrades.
