Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Project Manager (Arabic Background) – IT / FinTech Sector

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Arabic Speaker) with strong FinTech and IT background to lead digital banking, payment, and financial technology projects. The ideal candidate must have experience managing end-to-end FinTech implementations within UAE or GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle for FinTech / digital banking projects.

  • Manage payment gateway integrations, mobile banking apps, wallets, and core banking enhancements.

  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, compliance, and business stakeholders.

  • Define scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery roadmap.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and security standards.

  • Conduct risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

  • Manage third-party integrations (API, payment processors, KYC/AML systems).

  • Prepare BRD, FRD, project plans, status reports, and executive dashboards.

  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure successful go-live.


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

  • 5–8+ years of project management experience in IT/FinTech.

  • Proven experience in:

    • Digital Banking

    • Payment Systems

    • FinTech platforms

    • KYC/AML integrations

    • Core Banking Systems

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank compliance standards.

  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory).

  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

  • UAE/GCC market experience required.
