Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in HR technology sol

  • utions.Generate leads, build pipelines, and schedule meetings with prospects.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns.

  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and prospect data.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Completed a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in IT sales, HR technology, and SaaS solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
