Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the local market in IT sales, solution sales, or sales engineering roles.
Proven track record of selling IT products and services such as infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or managed services.
Technical & Commercial Skills:
Strong understanding of IT solution architecture and enterprise customer environments.
Ability to independently structure solutions, pricing, and commercial proposals.
Vendor Network:
Existing relationships with local IT vendors, OEMs, distributors, or system integrators is a strong advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Personal Attributes:
Highly independent, self-driven, and comfortable operating without an internal delivery team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Practical, solution-oriented mindset with high accountability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue and gross margin achieved from IT sales.
Number and quality of opportunities closed.
Effectiveness and reliability of vendor partnerships.
Customer satisfaction and repeat business generation.
