Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and target SMEs across the UAE for IT support and managed services

  2. Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and networking

  3. Pitch RemoteWorksIT services with clear value (cost saving + full IT coverage)

  4. Understand client pain points and propose suitable IT solutions

  5. Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposal → closing

  6. Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent follow-ups

  7. Close new business and support onboarding with the technical team

  8. Build long-term client relationships for renewals and upselling

  9. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions

  2. Strong ability to close deals independently (not just generate leads)

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  4. Self-driven and disciplined — able to work without supervision

  5. Existing UAE business network is a strong advantage

  6. Comfortable with commission-based earnings and performance-driven roles

  7. Understanding of IT services (helpdesk, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure) is a plus

  8. Goal-oriented mindset with focus on revenue generation
