Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi systems, and VPN connections to ensure maximum uptime.

  • System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the company ecosystem.

  • Hardware Management: Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of computer components and peripherals.

  • Security & Backups: Implement and monitor data backup protocols and ensure antivirus software is up to date across all systems.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of equipment inventory, software licenses, and technical support tickets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Education: Must be a Graduate of an IT-related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, etc.).

  2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an IT support or technical role.

  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, basic networking (TCP/IP), and Microsoft 365 administration.

  4. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  5. Nationality: This position is open to Filipino and Indian nationals only.

  6. Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
