Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling proposals and technical documentation.
Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings, providing insights to the sales and product teams.
Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices.
Manage and maintain demo environments and equipment for pre-sales activities.
Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Assess for IT infrastructure and requirements to identify suitable solutions and configurations.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored needs, highlighting key features and benefits.
Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, addressing client inquiries and showcasing product capabilities.
Taking care of RMA
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cloud technologies.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
