Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements and infrastructure.
  • Perform technical studies and evaluations for ongoing and upcoming IT projects.
  • Carry out onsite technical implementations, ensuring accurate setup and configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues across various IT systems.
  • Perform hardware re-configurations and software installation and configuration as needed.
  • Provide remote support to clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Deliver remote technical assistance on an as-needed basis to support operations and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, systems troubleshooting, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and software installation.
  • Ability to work independently and onsite at client locations when required.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
