Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top IT talent through diverse channels, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates, assessing their technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, providing a positive and efficient candidate experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong background in full-cycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with relevant 5-7 Years of experience

  • Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.

  • Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

  • Networking skills to establish connections within the industry and build a talent pipeline.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Comfortable negotiating job offers, developing compensation structures, and managing the offer acceptance process.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.

  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment goals
