Managing the information system

• Ensure the proper functioning of the Safran Electronics & Defense MOROCCO information system, taking into account the expectations and needs of users, while keeping abreast of technological developments.
• Ensure the maintenance of networks and equipment, adapt and participate in the development of various applications and databases.
• Issues requests for fundamental preventive actions
• Maintaining the site's IT network in operational condition in conjunction with dedicated support.
• Implement or monitor the installation of equipment, the network, and the interconnection of all SED's IT and industrial resources.
• Managing IT security (access permissions, protections, etc.)
• Maintaining the network and IT infrastructure to guarantee and improve their performance, reliability and security
• Train and support users
• Ensure compliance with procedures (coding, confidentiality, backup, security)
• Formalize user needs to improve the system

IT ASSET MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for IT equipment inventory: creating investment requests and placing orders with suppliers.
• Monitoring of IT department obsolescence rules.

HSE & Quality

Ensure strict compliance with quality and HSE guidelines.

• Participates in the implementation of the Quality Management System (EN9100).
• Respects Health, Safety and Environment rules and participates in the implementation of the Environmental Management System (ISO14001).
