Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust ITSM frameworks conducive to operational excellence.

  • Oversee key IT Service Management processes including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Work with diverse teams to assess and enhance IT service delivery effectiveness.
  • Analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and training on ITSM tools and processes.
  • Ensure all ITSM documentation is up-to-date and reflects current practices and policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT service management roles.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service delivery.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proven ability to develop concise documentation and reports.
  • Status of certifications such as ITIL v3 or higher is advantageous.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
