Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure scalability under high loads.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and documentation to ensure reliable software functionality.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
- Demonstrated work experience in Agile methodologies, with a preference for candidates familiar with Scrum.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns in Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for debugging complex code issues quickly.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate to enhance application development.
